Help to support this vision as a Human Resources Coordinator at Genesis in a skilled nursing or assisted living center.

In this highly visible position, you will work collaboratively with the Nursing Home Administrator and Director of Nursing, our center leadership, to create a work environment that positions Genesis as "the employer of choice" and a culture committed to the Genesis Mission, Vision, and Core Values. Success is measured in terms of employee satisfaction, development, retention, and achievement of established excellence goals and key performance indicators.

The Human Resources Coordinator assists center leadership with full-cycle talent acquisition and provides data support to assist center leadership with developing recruitment and retention plans.

You will also support center leadership in the fair and consistent administration of Genesis Human Resources policies and procedures, pay practices and collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.

* Associates Degree Preferred. * Prior experience in healthcare, preferably in a skilled nursing setting. * Experience using systems and technology to support work activities. * Works flexible hours in order to meet with employees who work 24/7; ensures those working evening, night and weekend shifts stay connected. * Willing to travel as necessary
