Help support Genesis' most important asset, our employees, as a Campus Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will provide oversight and direction for Human Resource and Talent Acquisition functions for multiple skilled nursing/assisted centers while having primary responsibility for one nursing center. Success is measured in terms of employee satisfaction, development, retention, and achievement of established excellence goals and key performance indicators.
Reports to Center Leadership and regional Human Resources Manager/Director
May supervise 1+ direct reports

Support center leadership in the fair and consistent administration of Genesis Human Resources policies and procedures, pay practices and collective bargaining agreements, if applicable.
