Work with ACO leadership to develop and implement a system, integration and informatics solution in support of ACO goals, customers and their related EMR systems.
Use the ACO business requirements along with CMS ACO program and reporting requirements, to identify interface and integration requirements with third parties.
Collaborate with third parties on data requirements, options and methods for exchanging that data, and security and control mechanisms that allow data exchange in a secured, stable, predictable and auditable manner
Develop control checks and monitoring processes to ensure integrations are functioning as designed and generating necessary alerts.
Partner with the ACO IT team and the ACO hosting provider to ensure the configuration, capacity, performance, resilience and security of integration technologies support the needs of the ACO.
