The Future Leaders Program is a dynamic Administrator-in-Training experience designed to develop the next generation of healthcare operations leaders. This best-in-class program is built to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and mentorship needed to become a licensed Administrator—and a confident, capable leader.
Chick-fil-A Immersive Leadership Experience
Our Chick-fil-A immersive leadership experience gave Future Leaders (AITs) and current operators a rare chance to step outside of healthcare and learn from one of the most successful service-driven organizations in the world. Through site tours, conversations with operators, and hands-on observation, participants experienced how Chick-fil-A aligns people, systems, and culture to consistently deliver excellence.
The value of this experience lies in seeing leadership in action. Chick-fil-A Operators demonstrated how their daily presence shapes culture, how disciplined systems create freedom for innovation, and how intentional hospitality wins loyalty every day. For AITs, it provided a living example of what it means to be entrepreneurial, service-focused, and values-driven, with clear lessons to bring back into their centers. For current operators, it was a refreshing reminder of the power of culture, service, and mindset to transform not only customer experiences but also staff engagement and business outcomes.
Ultimately, the Chick-fil-A experience reinforced our vision for Genesis. Success comes when leaders build trust, empower people, and hardwire excellence into daily operations. It was not just an observation. It was a springboard for how we will carry these principles forward into our own work.
