Oversee the Quality Review schedule so that nursing centers Quality Reviews occur no less than 90 days prior to survey window opening.
Collaborate with Sr. Operations leadership, Sr. Clinical leadership, food and nutrition services, rehabilitation services, property management, and others as needed, to ensure their involvement in the Quality Review process.
Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure coordination and appropriate selection of team members, sample selection, and inform nursing centers of the date and items needed for their Quality Review
Ensures a process is in place for an informal exit review with the nursing staff so nursing centers may begin immediate correction of identified issues.
